We
offer a highly competitive pricing structure,
based on the following model:
- Clients
pay an annual (1) Base and (2) Per User License
Fee.
- Each
employee in an organization needs a User License
to have their appraisals done on the system,
or to do appraisals of others (computer access
for worker-level employees is not a prerequisite,
as long as their supervisors have).
- There
are no separate service or maintenance contracts,
or other hidden costs, since system updates
and client support are all included in the annual
License Fees, covered by the Base License Fee.
- Clients
have 30 days from the License Agreement start
date to use the system and, if for any reason
are not fully satisfied, may then cancel the
agreement, and Appraisal Smart will refund the
license fees in full.
- Ad-Hoc
Appraisals (e.g. for Probation, Promotions,
Succession, and Performance Improvement, etc.)
and the Job Description Functionality are both
included at no additional charge.
- Clients
(Corporate System Administrators) receive unlimited
free telephonic, email and online support.
